What can WhatsApp automation actually run for my business?

Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Connect runs on the WhatsApp your customers already use every day. No new app, no login, no portal. It’s built on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, so for them it’s just a normal chat. The automation sits on your side, invisible to the customer.
Do I keep my existing number and WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. You keep your number, your WhatsApp Business account and your customer relationships. We add the automations and the integrations to your sheet, CRM and accounting tools on top. Nothing about how your customers reach you changes; only the work behind the message gets automated.
Will automated messages annoy my customers or get my number blocked?
Not when it’s done right. We message only opted-in contacts, keep messages useful (confirmations, reminders, answers), and follow Meta’s messaging policies, which is what protects your number from being blocked.
