Self-service that does the job.
Pay a bill. Print a certificate. Submit a form. Check in. NanoLeap designs and builds the whole kiosk (hardware, software, onboarding and support) around the exact transactions it needs to complete, with output delivered over WhatsApp.

Ask to buyConfigured around the transaction
Every kiosk is built around the specific jobs it needs to complete. Pick the modules; we build the workflow.
Pay municipal & utility bills
Settle rates, electricity and water at the unit, with a printed receipt and a WhatsApp confirmation.
Print documents, certificates & receipts
Statements, certificates, confirmations and receipts, printed on the spot.
Scan, submit & print forms
Complete applications and forms on screen, scan supporting documents, submit and print the proof.
Self check-in & queue management
Check in, take a ticket, and move the queue without a person behind a counter.
ID-document services
Capture an ID document, verify it, and send the result onward, including over WhatsApp.
Wayfinding & directories
Help visitors find the right office, counter or service without asking anyone.
Surveys & feedback
Capture feedback at the point of service, while the experience is still fresh.
Self-service top-ups & payments
Top-ups, payments and collections handled at the unit, after hours, unattended.
Hardware, software, onboarding, support
Most kiosk projects fail at the seams between hardware vendors, software contractors and on-site support. We carry all three, so you have one number to call.
Same chassis, different counter
The hardware is the same. The workflow on the screen is the difference between a municipal counter, a clinic check-in and a retail kiosk.
Municipal & government service centres
Forms, payments and certificate requests: the counter that doesn’t take a tea break.
Clinics & healthcare
Patient check-in, appointment confirmation and intake forms, with privacy by design.
Courts & legal
Document submission, queue tickets and self-print for the admin that clogs the front desk.
Housing & property
Tenant check-in, statement print, payments and lease document collection.
Retail
Self-checkout, loyalty enrolment, top-ups and in-store wayfinding.
Education & campus
Student ID issue, registration top-ups and self-print for admin documents.
Four steps to a unit running unattended

Site install, on-site operator training and a supervised first week of live transactions to catch what only the real world reveals.

Questions, answered
What can a self-service kiosk do for a business?
A self-service kiosk lets customers complete a transaction themselves: pay municipal and utility bills and print receipts, print documents and certificates, scan and submit forms, self check-in and join a queue, capture ID documents, find their way with directories, and leave feedback. Each NanoLeap unit is configured around the specific jobs it needs to complete.
How much does a self-service kiosk cost?
Self-service kiosks are quoted to spec, not sold off a shelf. Cost depends on the hardware (touchscreen, printer, scanner, card reader), the transactions it runs, and the location. NanoLeap’s kiosk programme is in build, so tell us the jobs and the site and we’ll come back with a configured unit and a fabrication quote. We don’t publish an invented price list.
Can I get a kiosk today?
The kiosk programme is in build, and units are quoted to spec rather than shipped off a shelf. Tell us the transactions and the location and we’ll come back with a configured unit, a fabrication quote and a timeline. It’s a scoped engagement we build with you, not a finished self-serve product you can buy online today.
Can a kiosk keep working during load-shedding or off-grid?
It can be specified to. Because each unit is built to spec, we can add battery backup or low-power components so it keeps running through load-shedding, and scope connectivity, Wi-Fi or LTE, for the site. Tell us the location’s power and network reality and we design the unit around it. This is part of scoping, not a blanket guarantee on every build.
Does the kiosk come with software?
Yes. Every unit ships with its software installed, and we run, update and support it as part of the engagement. You never buy or manage a licence separately. One partner, one number to call.
Is it one partner for hardware, software and support?
Yes. Most kiosk projects fail at the seams between hardware vendors, software contractors and on-site support. NanoLeap carries all three, so you have one number to call. Turnkey, from scoping to a unit running unattended, with support after it’s deployed.
Can the kiosk send output over WhatsApp?
Yes. Receipts and confirmations can be delivered to the customer over WhatsApp, so the record follows them after they walk away from the unit, tying the kiosk into the same Connect layer the rest of your business runs on.
Find the right kiosk.
Tell us the transactions you need to complete and the location it needs to live in. We’ll come back with a configured unit and a number you can call when it matters.
