What does NanoLeap do?
We help South African SMEs handle the work behind the scenes: running your business on WhatsApp, automating onboarding and offboarding, building self-service kiosks, and catching the compliance and billing admin that quietly costs money.
Can you automate my business on WhatsApp?
Yes — bookings, invoicing with payment links, reminders, auto-replies and document delivery, in WhatsApp, where your customers already are. You keep your existing number and your free WhatsApp Business account; we add the flows and integrations on top.
Can you get my business more Google reviews?
Our review engine asks customers for a rating over WhatsApp after a sale, sends happy ones to your Google review link, and publishes consented feedback to your site. We never post fake reviews, and we never post on the customer’s behalf — Google requires them to submit their own, so we just make it one tap.
Do I need to install or learn new software?
No. You don’t configure anything — we map your process and run it for you.
How do you charge?
Most managed services are a setup fee plus monthly. Recovery work is contingency — no recovery, no fee. Once-off builds are pay-after-delivery.
Can you help with compliance?
Yes — Sentinel tracks POPIA, OHS, COID, CIPC returns and licences in one place and renews them before they lapse, and recovers money lost to overbilling and rejected claims.

Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Connect runs on the WhatsApp they already use every day — no new app, no login, no portal. It’s built on Meta’s free WhatsApp Business platform.
Do you post Google reviews on my behalf?
No. We ask the customer for a rating over WhatsApp and, if they’re happy, give them a one-tap link to your Google review page — they submit it themselves. With their consent we also publish their words to your site’s testimonials. We never post fake reviews.
What can actually run inside WhatsApp?
Order and booking capture, automated invoicing with payment links, payment and appointment reminders, auto-replies and a support desk, document delivery (quotes, contracts, receipts), lead capture and routing, a catalog/storefront, and the review engine.
Do I keep my existing number and WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. You keep your number, your free WhatsApp Business account and your customer relationships. We add the automations and the integrations to your sheet, CRM and accounting tools.

What does onboarding and offboarding automation actually cover?
We map your induction and exit rules, then run every step — collecting IDs, routing compliance documents, verifying statuses, and revoking access on exit — and push clean data into the tools you already run.

No. We’re a Software-in-a-Service partner — we don’t hand you an empty workflow builder. We design the flow your business actually runs on and operate it for you.
Kiosk — Self-service
What jobs can a NanoLeap kiosk do?
Pay municipal and utility bills and print receipts, print documents and certificates, scan and submit forms, self check-in and queue management, ID-document capture, wayfinding and directories, and surveys and feedback. Each unit is configured around the transactions it needs to complete.
Can I get a kiosk today?
The kiosk programme is in build — units are quoted to spec rather than shipped off a shelf. Tell us the transactions and the location and we’ll come back with a configured unit and a fabrication quote.
Is it one partner for hardware, software and support?
Yes. Most kiosk projects fail at the seams between hardware vendors, software contractors and on-site support. We carry all three so you have one number to call — turnkey, from scoping to a unit running unattended.
Can the kiosk send output over WhatsApp?
Yes. Receipts and confirmations can be delivered to the customer over WhatsApp, so the record follows them after they walk away from the unit.

What does Sentinel cover?

How do you charge for recovery work?
Bill recovery and medical-aid claim recovery are on contingency — you pay a share of what we recover, and nothing if we recover nothing.
