These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users of nanoleap.co.za and all clients of NanoLeap Automation Systems ("NanoLeap", "we", "us") including those purchasing digital products (toolkits), booking free audits, or engaging NanoLeap for automation services ("you", "client").
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering these Terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
NanoLeap provides:
Our core commitment: you do not pay for any automation build until it has been delivered, tested by you, and approved. An invoice is only issued after you confirm the system works as described in the project scope.
The agreed project price is fixed at the time of engagement and confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp message). No additional charges may be added without your written consent.
Digital products (Excel toolkits, template packs) are paid upfront via our checkout process. Delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation.
The AI Copilot setup fee is payable after the system goes live and you approve it. Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance from the second month onwards.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated. NanoLeap will add VAT if/when required to do so by law.
If you have paid for an automation service and, within 7 calendar days of payment, you determine that the delivered system does not work as described in the agreed project scope, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.
To claim a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of payment with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
If you purchase a toolkit product and are not satisfied for any reason within 7 calendar days of purchase, email us for a full refund. Given that digital products can be downloaded immediately, we trust our clients to exercise this right in good faith.
You may cancel your AI Copilot subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.
Booking and receiving a free process audit creates no obligation to purchase any product or service.
You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us (company documents, product information, FAQs, etc.). You grant NanoLeap a limited licence to use this content solely for the purpose of delivering your project.
Upon full payment, you own the automation system, Google Sheets schema, and Apps Script code built specifically for your project. NanoLeap retains the right to use generic components, templates and methodologies developed independently of your project.
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use toolkit products for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-licence toolkit products to third parties.
All content on nanoleap.co.za, including text, design, code, brand identity, and methodology, remains the property of NanoLeap. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.
Where NanoLeap builds automation systems that process your clients' personal information (e.g. onboarding agents that collect SA ID numbers), NanoLeap acts as a data processor on your behalf. You remain the responsible party for that personal information under POPIA.
NanoLeap will process such data only as instructed and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical measures including restricted-access storage and validation-only handling of ID numbers.
NanoLeap's liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
NanoLeap is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including lost profit, lost data, or business interruption, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Automation systems are tools — they do not replace professional legal, financial, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your business operations comply with applicable law.
Automation systems built by NanoLeap depend on third-party platforms including WhatsApp Business API (Meta), Google Workspace, and Calendly. NanoLeap is not responsible for outages or changes made by these third-party providers.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain and update systems affected by third-party changes, and will communicate any impact to you promptly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or WhatsApp if you are an active client. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
